Before classified ads will be considered for approval the following criteria must be met and or adhered to:

• Spartan Fitness Equipment's fitness equipment classified ads are free to the general Canadian public for non-commercial use.
• Classified ads are limited to the buying and selling of fitness equipment items only.
• Classified ad submitters must be 18 years or older to participate in this service.
• The official on line submission form must be used. Ads submitted by any other means will not be accepted for consideration.
• Submitters must submit only one fitness equipment item per classified ad.
• The submission form check box labeled "I have read, and agree to the terms and conditions for participation in this service" must be checked.
• A valid email must be entered on the submission form where indicated. We will not use your email for any other reason (unless you have granted us permission to do so, such as for inclusion of future product promotions and special offers), nor will we provide the information to any third party unless required to do so by law.
• All submissions must be validated by clicking on the supplied URL link in the body of a confirmation request email sent to the email address supplied on the submission form. Submissions must be validated within a 24 hour token expiration period. Any submission not validated within said token expiration period will be purged from the system thus subsequently removing said submission from this service. Submitters can however resubmit their entry should they for any reason not meet the token expiration period.
• Once confirmed your ad will be reviewed by staff and subject to approval. Once approved, your ad will be listed for a maximum 60 days from the date approved. Depending on the date and time of your submission, the ad approval process may take up to five business days.
• Submissions must be made according to the terms and conditions described in this document. Anyone who attempts to tamper with their submission or the submissions of any other user, or who are determined to otherwise be attempting to circumvent the policies, process, or intent of this service will be banned from future participation. Determinations of tampering or inappropriate participation will be made by the systems administrators monitoring the submission process, whose decision is final.
• Spartan Fitness Equipment is by no means liable for, and not limited to, any classified ad products and requests listed on our website, nor any negotiations or transactions of said products or requests and or any interactions between individuals or parties partaking in the use of our free fitness equipment classified ad service.
• Spartan Fitness Equipment reserves the right to remove and or modify classified ad item product details and descriptions or deny approval of ads without notification or explanation.

Spartan Fitness Equipment further reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Review this document frequently for any alterations and or amendments.
